Party celebrations come in all shapes and sizes!

We can design remarkable menus and delicious dishes for any occasion, from a Summer BBQ to a themed evening. We can be there on site to cook and serve or, we can deliver to you door. We will take care of the food leaving you free to enjoy the occasion. Just leave it all to us!

Client: Chris & Ann's Retirement party

Canapes:
Artichoke, asparagus and pecorino frittata
Chili roasted aubergine, pine nuts and feta cheese balls, served with riata Smashed broad bean, ricotta and basil crostinis
Beer battered zucchini with cumin aioli
Meats/fish:
Free-range ham boiled in coke cola, then baked with orange and pistachio crust.
Free-range Moroccan chicken thighs
Sardines Esabeche
(delicious Tapas sweet and sour with pine nuts).
Vegetarian:
Moroccan spiced mixed bean patties with cashew nuts and tahini
Alforno Portobello mushrooms, topped with seeds, walnuts, herbs and goats cheese
Curried summer squash, crushed chickpea spinach and paneer cheese filo flips
Salads:
Roasted Jersey Royal potatoes with lemon thyme and garlic
Mildly spiced couscous, red quinoa with Deli olives, apricots, pumpkin seeds, fresh coriander and crumbled feta
Mixed candy beetroots with sunflower seeds, baby chard with sherry vinegar and maple syrup dressing.
